dhcpcd fails to start on startup, the only workaround I found to start dhcpcd manually, then kill it and start it again. Earlier versions work fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.sudo systemctl enable dhcpcd 2.Reboot Actual Results: Nothing. That's the problem. Expected Results: It should have just worked™.

Duplicate of bug 503738? Is dhcpcd compiled with, or without USE="udev"?
Please test with 6.3.1-r1 and report back the results. The fix for the bug Samuli mentioned above was not part of 6.3.1.
