sample m3u8 playlist

The filetype m3u8 should be opened with vlc on my pc.
If I rightklick that file and say open with kate then it works.
If I say open with vlc or do a normal doubleklick then there comes a message from pcmanfm that it can't change to >><< directory because it can't find that whatever with noname.
If I drag'n'drop that file into vlc it plays.
If I rename that file to ndr_tv_mv.mp3 then it is normally opened with vlc and playing.
No problems with other media files.

Before with pcmanfm-1.1.2 there was no reaction for that file when klicked.(no message and did not open it)

Dolphin has no problems with that m3u8 file.

You'll have to be more specific than that.
