When having a MoveMail (/var/spool/mail/username) account in the accounts list of thunderbird, "switching to offline mode with syncing/fetching" will not switch to offline mode. Thunderbird starts to sync/fetch some of the accounts, but never completes fetching all accounts and will also not do the (final) switch to offline mode (within a reasonable time). I removed the MoveMail account and switched to offline mode with successful syncing, twice; re-added the MoveMail account and switching to offline mode (with syncing/fetching!) again failed. Switching to offline mode and not syncing/fetching mails works, with and without MoveMail account added. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. use thunderbird 2. add a MoveMail account to the accounts list 3. switch to offline mode "with syncing/fetching" Actual Results: watch the status line/output at the bottom of thunderbird: syncs some accounts, then a status bar is scrolling some seconds, then no changes any more. If you feel I have closed your bug and it is still a current issue, please reopen and update it completely. We will not work bugs that have no ebuild in tree any longer or can not be reproduced with a current system. Thank You for your support and understanding The Mozilla Team
