That looks like a problem with the installed kernel/modules/firmware, not gentoo-sources. Is sys-apps/microcode-data installed? Are the microcode images in /lib/firmware accessible?

sys-apps/microcode-data ist not installed



Are the microcode

yes its accessible

emerging sys-apps/microcode-data solved the problem. but why this package is not emerge by basic system?
