Hi,

BUGS - The Bug Genie is a bug tracking software like bugzilla. The ebuild
uses webapp.eclass.

userbase_connect.inc.php is installed as a little trigger_error() script
to notify the user of install.php. It is being owned by the uid of the server,
allowing install.php to overwrite it when a user configures BUGS via
install.php.

The patch fixes some invalid include()'s and replaces mysql_create_db() with
an sql statement, because mysql_create_db() is not available with 
>=dev-db/mysql-4

New version available. Removed the sed in src_unpack() because it created
more problems than advantages.
