Could you please add a 'gui' USE flag to sci-mathematics/octave and make it depend on x11-libs/qscintilla?

Octave's configure process checks for qscintilla and if found it builds its gui.
It needs to be installed by ebuild too. Now cli-only is installed.

Yes, thanks for reporting the missing dependency.  I will try building the
attached ebuild to see if it works.
