Hrm, looks like I need to fix my validator and someone else needs to fix xml-guide:

"To create ordered or unordered lists, simply use the HTML-style <ol>, <ul> and <li> tags. List tags should only appear inside a <p>, <ti>, <note>, <warn> or <impo> tag."
