the xfce desktop environment lacks an easy way to modify the themes,

Xfce-Theme-Manager

can make things a lot more easier & convenient

It's been in Portage since 2012

my bad, had searched yesterday with eix and it didn't turn up XD

still searching for a theme-manager where the font colors can be modified - xfce-theme-manager seemingly isn't capable to do that
