I have installed anjuta 1.2.2. It compiled/installed cleanly. I created a sample terminal project (proverbial 'hello world'). Created project cleanly. Built project cleanly. Ran project cleanly. Upon trying the debugger anjuta locked up totally. Complained about missing gnome-terminal. Emerged gnome-terminal. Debugger now works. So from _simple_ testing it appears to work. However, if launched from a terminal window you periodically see the following messages appear, although they appear to have no effect. Keep in mind, I'm a KDE person and only have Gnome parts installed that are necessary to support the applications that I use. (gnome-terminal:4069): Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkgc.c: line 465 (gdk_gc_get_colormap): assertion `GDK_IS_GC (gc)' failed ** Message: terminal pid = 4073 (gnome-terminal:4073): Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkgc.c: line 465 (gdk_gc_get_colormap): assertion `GDK_IS_GC (gc)' failed (anjuta:4049): Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkwindow-x11.c: line 1399 (gdk_window_resize): assertion `window != NULL' failed (anjuta:4049): Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkwindow-x11.c: line 1399 (gdk_window_resize): assertion `window != NULL' failed (anjuta:4049): Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkwindow-x11.c: line 1399 (gdk_window_resize): assertion `window != NULL' failed (anjuta:4049): Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkwindow-x11.c: line 1399 (gdk_window_resize): assertion `window != NULL' failed Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install anjuta. 2.Create test terminal project. 3.Compile, execute, debug. Actual Results: Appears to work excluding error messages appearing in terminal window. Expected Results: All appears ok excluding error messages. It's already in CVS, though someone filed a bug about it (BUG #50255)...
