Here is an ebuild suggestion for the etheme. The themes are separate in version 16.7 so this is critical for normal usage. 
One needed addition to the ebuild: after installation the link /usr/share/enlightenment/themes/DEFAULT should be made to point to  /usr/share/enlightenment/themes/BrushedMetal-Tigert/ in order for the theme to work automagically :)
