Let's wait a small bit for 3.2.7 then, unless they release a new revision or hosted tarball sooner; if 3.2.7 is shown to take a while, we could try to generate and host a fixed tarball.

I pushed 3.2.8 to official dotnet overlay and looks like it works just fine for me.

Please at least one test it and I / or we will move it to tree.

Did some testing with keepass 2.25 and 2 own C# programs -> no issues found so far. 
I think it is good enough for testing in tree.
