Description of problem:
Gentoo's uGet version is 1.10.3 which is now out of date...the latest version is 1.10.4.

There is a potential bug with some distros concerning GNUtls but not all distros experience this issue for some reason.

If Gentoo is one of the affected distros here is the patch for it:

Thank you for making the update. We will probably have another version in a month or two but I will make a new bug about that.
