nemesis version 1.4_beta3 is more recent than version 1.32, but portage seems to think 1.32 comes after 1.4_beta3.  I'm using an x86 platform and nemesis-1.4_beta3 is marked stable for x86.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
$emerge nemesis


Actual Results:  
emerge attempted (incidentally, failed) to install nemesis 1.32.

Expected Results:  
emerge should have installed nemesis-1.4_beta3

removed version 1.32 as 1.4 is stable and there are no 1.32 dependancies
