The quota section currently says to "add usrquota and grpquota". However, in the example given, options such as "usrjquota=aquota.user,grpjquota=aquota.group,jqfmt=vfsv=1" are used. Although it seems that this option (using usrjquota vs userquota, etc) is better, as it adds support for journalling in filesystems such as ext4, it would be nice to explain that. Also needing explanation is how jqfmt is set, and why its value is different in /tmp as compared to /var and /home.
