describtion:
licq-gpg is a patch for licq which makes licq able to encrypt and decrypt messages using GnuPG.

Could probably just treat this as a patch if USE="crypt".  I'll try and do it up.

app-crypt/gpgme appears to also be a dependency.  still in progress.

Right now licq-gpg isn't able to find gpgme headers in the place where gentoo installs them.  I've posted on their bulletin board about it and will let you know when I hear back.

patch is included in latest licq-1.3.0_pre, which already in portage and have crypt use flag
