I fill this bug to Gentoo bugzilla, because man-pages-ru project has no simple procedure for reporting bugs. Man page located in /usr/share/man/ru/man7/signal.7.bz2 on my system contains line > Ign Действие по умолчанию — игнорирование процесса. that must be > Ign Действие по умолчанию — игнорирование сигнала. I think that this issue does not deserve a patched revision. It is trivial issue, that can be fixed with next version bump. So, i am closing this as UPSTREAM, thanks to Azamat.
