It looks like the page referenced in $HOMEPAGE of net-analyzer/macchanger disappeared. The github repository is: https://github.com/alobbs/macchanger and it lists http://www.gnu.org/software/macchanger as homepage, which redirects to (in my case) the halifax mirror directory for macchanger.
