Description Adam Caldwell 2004-05-04 11:55:03 UTC
After updating to libcroco-0.5.1 (presumably from 0.5.0), nautilus-2.6.1 failed to launch with error message "nautilus: error while loading shared libraries: libcroco.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".

Reemerging nautilus solved the problem, though this looks like a bug. Can any confirm this?

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Running Gnome 2.6.1

more likely from 0.4 , their libtool versioning is/was b0rked. No other solution than rebuilding librsvg (maybe nautilus too).

0.4 was never available at a time in portage where it was actively used by other packages, so people who did not install it on their own should not have this problem.
