what $summary says

USE="gksu" uses x11-libs/libgksu (and it seems to be enough, x11-libs/gksu is not installed and the functionality works here, so bug 425156 doesn't apply)

it gives a "Run as root" optionality so user can kill off root processes etc., you know. Keyword the package, or package.use.mask USE="gksu"

I have masked USE=gksu as this would no doubt pull in (too) many GNOME dependencies.
