kinterbasdb-3.0.ebuild based on dev-python/egenix-mx-base

probably should be in dev-python as well.

kinterbasdb is a python database interface to firebird/interbase

depends on python, firebird >= 1.0 and egenix-mx-base

Sorry, the attachement comes through as some mangled binary stuff... please 
attach again. Or is it just mine faulty kde 3.1-alpha1 konqueror?
