Per bug 487608 , stable in the vast majority of cases currently cannot emerge rtorrent.  Please stabilzie a newer version (don't care which, 0.9.2 and 0.9.3 both report to work in various places).

What is the roadblock to getting this moving?

I'm adding arches since 0.9.3 compiles on my stable amd64 system, 0.8.9 does not.
