I'm thinking you have an outdated binary package. Might need to rebuild media-libs/musicbrainz
yes, the binary is older than present in portage. should i really now wipe my old binary packages because of that? i think it's rather bug that it tries to get the flags from ebuild portage than from binary package.
The message isn't harmful, so no reason to rebuild. Fixed where it loads the flags from in CVS.
Bug has been fixed and released in stable portages on or before 2.0.51-r2
