adding the ~amd64 flag to /usr/portage/dev-perl/Xmms-Perl/Xmms-Perl-0.12.ebuild allowed it to build, install and successfully run the application

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add ~amd64 to /usr/portage/dev-perl/Xmms-Perl/Xmms-Perl-0.12.ebuild
2. emerge Xmms-Perl
3.

Actual Results:  
works OK, tested by executing the Xmms shell (perl -MXmms -e shell) and 
interfaceing with xmms (version 1.2.10)
