I cannot run world update, because inkscape depends on >=app-text/poppler-0.12.3-r3:=[cairo,xpdf-headers(+)] but there exists no app-text/poppler with USE=xpdf-headers anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -pv =media-gfx/inkscape-0.48.4-r1
Actual Results:  
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=app-text/poppler-0.12.3-r3:0/43=[cairo,xpdf-headers(+)]".
(dependency required by "media-gfx/inkscape-0.48.4-r1" [installed])
(dependency required by "@selected" [set])
(dependency required by "@world" [argument])

Expected Results:  
install/update

I'm not able to reproduce this and 0.91_pre3 on drops the use flag dep anyway.
