It would be very nice, if Gentoo would offer an ebuild for kexi (http://www.koffice.org/kexi/)

mysql and pgsql use flags could be added, but ./configure seems to autodetect
them anyway.

Yes, but the use flags usually force portage to install these dependencies, if they aren't. I this case it'll depend on Qt, I think.
