Can it that patch be? With wrong name double krb5? /app-crypt/mit-krb5/files/mit-krb5_krb5-config_LDFLAGS.patch Please rename the bug.

I have tried to apply the mit-krb5_krb5-config_LDFLAGS.patch instead of the mit-krb5_unitialized.patch but it still fails. Some more giuidence here would be appreciated.

I can only suggest that you tried to patch manually and it failed. Geoff
