Please, update connman to the latest available version 1.20.

The improvements in this release are described at https://connman.net/blogs/patrik/2013/connman-120, where can be read:

"ConnMan 1.20 is a bugfix release fixing a wide variety of issues. Since a few of the discovered issues can potentially lead to a crash, we recommend upgrading."

I do apologise for missing your report. I had a direct e-mail from Thomas Cech of SuSe Linux, and I believe this commit addresses your request:

  +connman-1.20.ebuild, +connman-1.21.ebuild:
  Version bump. Ebuild changes by Tomas Cech of SuSe to properly install
  documentation and allow openconnect to be used. Removed old versions up to
  last stable.
