Please add the new MGLTools 1.5.7 Release Candidate 1 to the tree or science overlay.

Among other improvements, there's a new Raccoon 2 graphical interface included in this updated version for preparing and analyzing AutoDock and AutoDock Vina virtual screenings: http://autodock.scripps.edu/resources/raccoon2
