The patch "jedit-4.2_pre12.jikes-and-lock-fix.patch" failed when trying to emerge jedit-4.2_pre12. This is because the patch try to change lines which are CVS dependant ($version $)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge jedit
2. patch failed




You should never include patch which try to change CVS headers ;)

The correct patch

Just replace
/usr/portage/app-editors/jedit/files/jedit-4.2_pre12.jikes-and-lock-fix.patch
with this one. Remember that an "emerge sync" will retrieve the old patch until
maintainer commits the right one.
