This release breaks the nss-pem patch and nss-pem upstream didn't fix it yet. Dunno if it's okay to add this version without nss-pem. Comments?

Comments? I would prefer for us to wait for pem support to be updated. We can either port it ourselves or wait.

Porting it ourselves won't be that easy as mozilla shifted some code around in that release the nss-pem files relied on. Furthermore some code in nss-pem seems to be still from 2008 when the initial import was.
