macfanctld-0.6 ebuild

macfanctld is a mac fan control daemon for Intel macs. Attached is both a regular and live ebuild, as well as an openrc initscript and systemd unit. I use systemd, so i haven't been able to test the openrc initscript very well.

Upstream is dead and I no longer have the hardware to run-test it anyhow. app-laptop/mbpfan is a better alternative, as it maintained and already in the Portage tree. This bug can be closed.
