I am running gentoo-sources on my firewall (~x86) and I connect to a VPN server outside of it. gentoo-sources-2.4.20-r8 seems to be the last version that had the files in for iptables to route gre. I can't seem to find them now???

no idea who this belongs to, but it's not a security bug.

goes to the kernel team but anyways ...

sounds like you need to go into your kernel and make the modules

How can it be invalid - you guys had it in 2.4.20-r8 and removed it ? Surly that should have been carried over into genkernel ?

Taken from 2.4.20-r16 :)

734_iptables-pptp-conntrack-nat: Good, applying... done!

And now she gone :(
