Marcin, we can NOT accept this ebuild, because you did not put the requisite header information into the ebuild.  We *need* the copyright and license information in there.  Please see /usr/portage/skel.ebuild for it.

Additionally, please read the URL that Andrej pointed you to and fix your ebuild to conform to Gentoo standards.

Please reopen this bug when you have attached a fixed and valid ebuild.
