app-admin/eselect-opencl installs OpenCL 1.1 headers but OpenCL 1.2 is the current standard (2.0 is announced but not available yet). Could you bump the ebuild or (imho better) create a separate opencl-headers ebuild?

If you're fine with the latter, I could provide an ebuild. I also keep all headers in my repo (https://github.com/anyc/opencl-headers).

Have a look at that. If it works as expected I'll add keywords, but since it does some nontrivial changes I'd prefer some testing first :)
