please update depend to libassuan 0.6.5

- the depends in the gnupg-1.9.8 ebuild are toooooo old/wrong 
- updated and attached 1.9.5.ebuild 
- 1.9.5 tested and works on x86 
- need the update from #49619 (just simply copy for bump)

- the 1.9.8 ebuild also updated and attached, but depends on dev-libs/libksba-.0.9.6 which is in cvs, but does not build on my system :( - currently right now a have a working version :) see #49617
- the gnupg-1.9.8.ebuild is tested and working on x86

- please some can have a look for

-- checking for OpenSC - version >= 0.8.0... no
-- opensc is in portage - is just needed for more-smartcard-functions, maybe insert a USE-flag ...

Daniel: Thanks, I already had libassuan updated, just forgot to commit it to cvs (sorry!)

regarding your updated dependencies, i'm not sure that they reflect the required versions for all of those packages, but I'll take your word for it :)

please open a new bug for the opensc support, i'm afraid I dont know much about it.
