As the title, AMD Catalyst 13.12 has been released on 2013-12-19, so it'd be even more great to have it soon in the tree since 13.10 and 13.11 are betas.

I would really love to package it, tested localy and works fine.

But amd requires to have javascript in order to download the tarball... so no update until they update the policy i guess or until we make agreement to put it to mirrors only.
