Is it OK to stabilize =dev-util/eric-5.3.8 ?
If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords
for older versions of this package.

eric has very frequent releases and I don't want to overload arch teams just for minor bugfixes, unless requested by a user. Let's wait for eric-5.4, now in the RC stage.
