The kernel panic happens at very early stage. The kernel config here is a small modification on 'make defconfig' one. I also tried Ubuntu/Debian/Slackware/Sabayon's kernel configurations, but none of them are working. This doesn't happen on 3.11.* or gentoo-sources-3.12.*. The whole work is on a Ubuntu LiveCD since so far I don't have a working system right now.
