I maintain the mirrors.xmu.edu.cn, which syncing the portage with ipv4 from rsync1.us, however, 2 of 3 the ipv4 incoming links of cernet is broken, we need to use ipv6 as much as possible to make updating more stable. Can we add 2001:da8:e800::186 (mirrors.xmu.edu.cn) into rsync1.us white list?

I've added the IPV6 address to the whitelist.
