I am using use kde-4.11.7.
After login and using of system some time, language switcher stop works and all kde application start to freeze at same time, and in ~/.xsession_errors emerge next errors: 
kio_http(4507)/kio_http_debug HTTPProtocol::findCookies: Can't communicate with kded_kcookiejar! 

After kill of kded4 and start it again all works ok up to next failure.



Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login 
2. work some time
3. language switcher stop works and all kde application start to freeze at same time
Actual Results:  
language switcher stop works and all kde application start to freeze at same time

Expected Results:  
System have to works OK.

Can you please double check your version, there is no 4.11.7?

Can you also please paste emerge --info here?
