kde-base/gwenview-4.11.2-r1, 4.11.4, and 4.12.0 don't depend on nepomuk-core, but if semantic-desktop is enabled, the ebuild enables the Nepomuk backend.  This causes gwenview's configure to fail if nepomuk-core hasn't manually been installed beforehand.
