The new suggested partition layout has /boot as the second partition.  The example still shows /boot as the first partition, and does not include the new "BIOS boot partition"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Display url

3.
Actual Results:  
example is missing "BIOS boot partition"

Expected Results:  
example should include "BIOS boot partition"

I've removed the example. It was an example, didn't match the previous partitioning either, and was meant to provide users insight that the partitioning used throughout the book is /not/ a mandatory nor "recommended" partitioning.

But it creates too much confusion, so dropped.
