I didn't bump this myself as there is an .so version change in this package (libcdio.so.14 --> libcdio.so.15) which breaks a couple of emul-linux-x86-* packages...

I didn't see any breakage on my box w/ emul-linux-x86-* but we'll see. It's in portage now anyways.
