The attached ebuild builds algae; it supports the intel c/fortran compiler and atlas.

Algae is a programming language for numerical analysis. Algae was developed at Boeing because they needed a fast and versatile tool, capable of handling large systems. Algae has been applied to interesting problems in aerospace and related fields for more than a decade.

This supports the intel c/fortran compiler (USE="icc") and the atlas optimized
blas library (USE="atlas")

sci-mathematics/algae-4.3.6.ebuild

In its previous form, this ebuild no longer works, because fftw is now in sci-libs. I changed it a little. Now it works for me (x86). I propose to include it into sci-mathematics
