I just installed 2004.1 on an old Pentium machine. After compiling the kernel (2.6 series) in about 2 hours and rebooting I realized I did not change the processor familiy - it rebooted immediately. A reminder in the handbook to do this would be nice. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn brain off 2. Configure kernel 3. Turn brain on and reboot. Actual Results: Expected Results:
