System running with gentoo-sources.

First Linux version I ran into this issue was with 3.12.2, also does it on 3.12.3. When booting into a 3.12.2(or 3) kernel, red light from mouse turns off and the locks lights do not light up on keyboard. Both keyboard and mouse do not respond while using this kernel.

Checked the configuration file from both my current (3.10.17) and the new one (3.12.3) and seems to be fine.

lspci -k output will be added as an attachment.

Relevant dmesg output should help here.

Also, if it's a USB problem, lsusb output would help.
