Description Dan A. Dickey 2004-04-28 14:23:09 UTC
Unpack stage1-mips-20040405.tar.bz2 and take a look at etc/make.profile.
It is a symlink that points to ../usr/portage/profiles/default-mips-2004.1
This latter profile does not exist in portage. I did a fresh emerge sync, and it still did not show up.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

The workaround was to re-point make.profile to default-mips-1.4

This should be fixed by now. Resync your portage tree. I uploaded the cobalt-mips and default-mips 2004.1 profiles last night (only minor changes from 1.4 anyways).
Comment 2 Dan A. Dickey 2004-05-03 05:12:12 UTC
Yes, the new profile is in the portage tree now.
Thanks. Go ahead and close this bug.

All fixed...
