Hello,

I noticed that mkl-11.1.0.080 downloads all parallel studio tarball instead of just MKL files, while MKL "sources" are also directly available:
http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/irc_nas/3438/l_mkl_11.1.0.080.tgz

The main difference is size: 3142 MB (parallel studio) vs 646 MB (MKL). Another reason is the fact that MKL is usually updated faster then studio.

I don't think we will change this. There are more urgent issues. Nevertheless let's keep this bug open.
