"dev-java/icedtea-web-1.4.1 +icedtea7 +nsplugin" needs a zip command to be present.  I enabled the nsplugin use flag (required by the latest version of icedtea) and got this failure.  Installing app-arch/zip was the easiest fix.

This is i686 32-bit.  Thank you.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set +nsplugin on dev-java/icedtea-bin and dev-java/icedtea-web in package.use
2. Ensure you have no zip command present.
2. Emerge dev-java/icedtea-bin, this should pull in icedtea-web
3. When icedtea-web configures, it fails.
