Can't do this myself (yes I tried):

Please remove the paragraph about dynfw on the page
http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/projects.xml

Please remove the list item and link about "Dynamic iptables firewalls" on page
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/list.xml

(Project is dead, pages have been removed.)

I've dropped the link from xml/htdocs/main/en/projects.xml.
The link on the Documentation Listing page is about a former DeveloperWorks doc that already includes a disclaimer warning that the document is not actively maintained.
